Girl Scout fun

Now that cookie sales are over (HALLEUIA- since I was the cookie mom), Morgan's Brownie troop has been able to do more things. They had a fashion show at their last meeting because they're learning about different decades. Each girl was supposed to dress from a different decade and tell some game they played during that time. Morgan dressed from the 40's.

On their early dismissal day last week, the troop took a field trip to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. The girls had chosen to give all their donated cookies to the hospital and also collected old movies to donate for the sick kids.

The girls waited so quietly for our tour guide to get us. Of course we didn't get to see any patient rooms with sick kids, but still got a nice tour. We did see some waiting rooms, food court, library, theatre, chapel, etc.
The girls loved these butterflies. The names of people who donated money to the hospital are on each butterfly.
Mollie was at school, but Mia was perfectly behaved on this trip!
