Friday night was Winterfest at Morgan's school which basically means it's a school-wide fundraiser festival with games, food, jumping things and more chaos! The place was packed and hot and exhausting. The girls found Ms. Cockrell and would have just watched her work all evening. They got their faces painted (Morgan a unicorn and Mollie, an ice cream cone), Mollie got slammed in the head in the jumping thing, we won a cake in the cake walk and much more. When asked if they did this just once a year, Jason's reply was "I hope so!"
My parents were here this weekend too, and this other picture shows Mollie having trouble waking up from her nap. I gave her to my dad to work on her and she put him to sleep too!
Then, as if we hadn't done enough already, Sunday night, we took the girls the the "High School Musical" broadway-type show that is touring. It was playing at TPAC this weekend. This was their BIG gift from Santa this year that they got from the ending scavenger hunt. It was excellent but kept us out way too late for a school/work night. Mollie didn't quite understand why she couldn't stand up and dance during the show. They both slept the whole way home, but this picture shows their excitement before we left!

Lori,
Becky forwarded me your blog web address. I'm glad to see the pictures of the girls! They've changed and grown so much! I will check back about every month to see how you are doing. It's so nice to see how wonderful all our friends are doing!
Jessica
Your blog is going so well. I hope it isn't taking too much time. It sure is great for those of us far away who still want to see your family regularly.
